Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free cancellation is available until 7 days before the scheduled experience. A 50% cancellation fee applies from 7 days before until 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.

How to Cancel

Please contact nagomi.activity00@gmail.com as soon as possible with your booking name, experience, and scheduled date. Cancellation timing is calculated using Japan Standard Time based on the scheduled start time.

Host Cancellation

If Nagomi Local Experience cancels because of host illness, unsafe weather, venue issues, or another operational reason, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling subject to availability.

Guest Changes

Date changes, guest count changes, dietary requests, and accessibility requests are reviewed case by case. Price differences or availability limits may apply.

Refund Processing

Approved card refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe or the relevant payment provider. Bank, card issuer, and currency conversion timing may vary.

After Service Delivery

Because each booking reserves a scheduled in-person experience, the service cannot be returned after it has been provided. If something is unclear before booking, contact us before payment.
